Why written project work matters

Writing is not a substitute for care. It is a way to make scope, decisions, progress, and feedback easier to revisit.

A rough brief, screenshots, a bug list, or a short document can be enough to begin. The important work is turning that input into a scope that both sides can understand.

Keeping key decisions in writing makes async collaboration less mysterious. It gives feedback a place to land and gives the project a record when the details matter later.
